2. Opt-In: You confirm that you are the authorized user of the phone number provided and are 18 years or older. Standard message and data rates may apply as charged by your mobile carrier.
3. Frequency: Message frequency may vary. You will receive recurring messages as part of your subscription to our SMS program.
4. Opt-Out: To stop receiving SMS messages, reply “STOP” to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You may still receive non-promotional messages, such as order confirmations, if applicable.

9. Liability: Matrix Home Care is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier issues, technical problems, or other factors beyond our control.
